Lightning canyon nether biome

I propose a new biome similar to the Mesa, but in the nether than has an increase lightning strike chance. This would be a cool addition. A way to make this biome mod livable, I'd like to see the introduction of a lightning rod to help redirect strikes to the ground to save structures in the area.

Lightning doesn't strike in the nether because there are no clouds. But an overworld biome with lots of lightning would be fun. Unfortunately, weather currently affects the entire world evenly, except for deserts.
