Minecraft has a lot of blocks, but what if they had more? Why do we need them? Please don't just add lists of things - these will be marked as spam and removed! Also, no furniture, guns, or vertical/"sideways"/"upright"/"standing" slabs (yes, we see you).

Fireproof you with Netherite

I would like it if netherite was fire/lava proof, since you through your items in the lava and they don’t burn, wouldn’t be logical to say that if you go in lava you don’t burn with the netherite Armor I would love to see that added thanks.

    I'm thinking that's way to overpowered but I think a temporary effect like the turtle helmit has would be pretty awesome!

    First of all, your face is not covered, so it wouldn't make any sense.

    And, it would make potions of fire resistance useless.

    Yes it would get rid of fire resistance, but on the other hand it would take ages to get full netherite armour.

    EightBadge2 I made an idea earlier about a Netherite Turtle Helmet that basically does the same thing as you idea for Netherite Amour! I love the Idea about Netherite Amour, but in the end it would get rid of the benefits of fire resistance and would hurt other game mechanics.

    It doesn't take "ages" to get a full Netherite set.

     

    AmexMc 30 seconds is too much, even 10 seconds sounds OP.

    I think that it shouldn’t remove all fire damage. A full set of Netherite armor should make you a total of 60% or 50% fire resistant

    But first of all it takes at least 3 stacks of tnt to find a few antient debris and you still have to deal with lava veins flowing over you and not to mention you need 4 antient debris (and 4 gold ) to make 1 bar

    I think that will make the game unbalance because then Fire Protection will be useless.

    ShinokuMiyah good point with the helmet not covering your face. Maybe it guides you the ability to wade in lava (holding spacebar to stay above the surface) but doesn’t protect you if you submerge.
