Minecraft has a lot of blocks, but what if they had more? Why do we need them? Please don't just add lists of things - these will be marked as spam and removed! Also, no furniture, guns, or vertical/"sideways"/"upright"/"standing" slabs (yes, we see you).

Netherite Tools Should Wear Off

In the game, you combine diamond pieces with netherite to make netherite tools, which have increased durability. What if, when the extra durability is used up, the netherite “comes off” of the tool, and it reverts back to diamond? You could then add more netherite back to the tool.

The issue is how rare AD is, and 1 netherite needs 4AD so it would almost just not even be worth upgrading the tools if that much effort needs to go into upgrading it.
