Vines should have a Max growth Stage

Vines should grow similar to Kelp to where it has an age that maxes out at around age 25 or 30. It can get annoying when vines will just grow/spread forever, especially if i'm living in a jungle biome. When you enter a jungle for the first time all the vines are at different lengths and look natural, but if you live in a jungle or just hangout in one for a real long time, then all the vines are reaching the ground and now there is very little difference in length between the vines because they all grow down to the ground, It ruins the look of jungles.
