Minecraft has a lot of blocks, but what if they had more? Why do we need them? Please don't just add lists of things - these will be marked as spam and removed! Also, no furniture, guns, or vertical/"sideways"/"upright"/"standing" slabs (yes, we see you).

Give Netherite tools a unique combat/functional ability

Netherite tools are cool because they are lava proof, but unlike the armor(which gives knockback resistance), they don't have a functional use besides extra durability. Giving them new unique abilities(such as setting mobs on fire without needing fire aspect) would differentiate them more from diamond tools.

    Maybe the tools could have a form of auto-smelt, and the sword could deal Critical hits or just deal extra damage every few hits.
