Minecraft has a lot of blocks, but what if they had more? Why do we need them? Please don't just add lists of things - these will be marked as spam and removed! Also, no furniture, guns, or vertical/"sideways"/"upright"/"standing" slabs (yes, we see you).

Could we get jack o laterns that look different when made with soul torches

    Maybe they help you see better in lava since if you happen to survive swimming in lava you can't see anything.

    This would be a nice way to use the soul fire torches light level and maybe even piglin repellant functionality in the form of a block. Hope this makes it in.

    Very simple, yet neat idea, but i thought that it could also introduce something new (apart from decent looking block) to the game, so here is my idea for Possessed Jack o'Lantern, for anyone who thinks that those lanterns could have some unique functionalities.

    It would only make sense to have this varient as we already have soul torch lanterns, and campfires. Please add this feature.

    Maybe they could have voices/whispers coming from them when you are near it,since its soul fire

    That makes sense, and if it's used to make a snow golems or iron golems, maybe they could be hostile to everything, even players.

    Since it is just putting a torch in a hollow pumpkin, it shouldn't affect the pumpkin appearance itself, but only the light from the mouth and eyes.
    It should also be a bit dimmer and scare the Piglins away.

    Maybe soul jack-o-lanterns could scare away certain types of mobs, like how hoglins are scared of warped fungus

    Perhaps it could be a replacement to the pumpkin in golem construction with the burning soul giving new life to them

    They could enhance the abilities of iron and snow golems if you make them with soul jack-o-lanterns instead of normal carved pumpkins, like increasing their speed, or increasing an iron golem's damage; or making snow golems throw soul fire balls instead of snowballs

    There is a new Biome soon to be added, called the Pale Garden. I've seen a lot of feedback about adding white pumpkins, and it would be cool if you had to use soul torches to make these into jack-o-lanterns, which would make the light blue.
