Hello! My idea is if you put a beacon in a village, the villagers become enlightened and have the opportunity to upgrade to a final level after Master. Elder level. What Elder level means is that a villager can trade 1-2 EXTREMELY rare items for a large quantity of emeralds. For example, a Stonemason could sell a piece of obsidian for 12-16 emeralds, and a cleric could sell a totem of undying for 48-64 emeralds. I'll just list the trades that I think are good, but if the community finds a great trade idea, put it in the comments. Thanks!
Weaponsmith: Enchanted Trident 35-45 emeralds
Toolsmith: Enchanted diamond pick with enchants higher than normally possible in survival (Efficiency VI, Fortune IV) 48-56 emeralds
Armorer: Turtle Shell 21-24 emeralds
Fletcher: Tipped arrow with effects not available in survival (Luck, Wither, Nausea, Mining Fatigue, Blindness) 3 emeralds per batch
Leatherworker: 1 emerald for 1 phantom membrane
Cleric: Totem of Undying 48-64 emeralds
Shepherd: any horse armor 8-12 emeralds
Cartographer: Jungle and Desert Temple maps 9-11 emeralds
Librarian: Enchantment table 7-9 emeralds
Butcher: sells nether mushrooms for an emerald, buys 8-10 mushrooms for an emerald
Fisherman: Turtle egg 3-5 emeralds, Prismarine shards, 4 for 1 emerald
Farmer: Golden apple 5-7 emeralds
Stonemason: Obsidian 12-14 emeralds, Endstone 6-8 Emeralds
The reason I have most of the items that may cause controversy is because over half are sustainably farm-able.
