Minecraft has a lot of blocks, but what if they had more? Why do we need them? Please don't just add lists of things - these will be marked as spam and removed! Also, no furniture, guns, or vertical/"sideways"/"upright"/"standing" slabs (yes, we see you).

Iridium

We should be able to find Iridium Ores in our worlds, just like Diamonds, these are rare ores but when you find them, pickaxing them with a Diamond Pickaxe would give you the Ores, which then you can smelt them in a furnace to get Iridium Bars. Just like Diamonds, these help to craft Swords, Pickaxes, Axes, Shovels. The only difference between Iridium Tools and Diamond Tools is, except for the color, Pickaxes, Axes, Shovels can now InstaMine without any Enchantments or Beacons!

Why? You may ask, well, at the Endgame when we have beaten the Ender Dragon a thousand times, it's incredibly boring and time waste to set up a beacon and then mine in that area which the Beacon allows for. Instead, Iridium Tools would be able to InstaMine forever until the tools are broken! This would save incredible amounts of time. Please think about it.

    absolutely not, not only would it make the game utterly broken the item would set you back to square one which would be "oh the game is boring! i have nothing to do!"

    There isn't much use in making a new ore, set of armor, and set of tools just so you can instant-mine with the tools. Maybe they should have some more uses.
