Minecraft has a lot of blocks, but what if they had more? Why do we need them? Please don't just add lists of things - these will be marked as spam and removed! Also, no furniture, guns, or vertical/"sideways"/"upright"/"standing" slabs (yes, we see you).

The idea is interesting but there is a problem. Imagine a lamp. from the bottom there is a line of ice in 200 blocks. This whole line radiates the light of that lamp. In order for the game to light up the last block of ice, it must check all previous blocks. Since the source will be in an unloaded chunk, the game will not be able to understand whether there is light or not.

Fun idea, but I still think it would be too overpowered. A better option is too have the blue ice carry light far, but not for infinity.
