Glass is sometimes hard to see through, so what if there were windows?
I propose a glassing table made with 1 iron bar, 2 sand, and 3 cobblestone. It will only craft glass-related things and look like a mix between a furnace and a crafting table. The ratio I have currently set is 2:1 (or 2 glass per 1 window). The recipe could be changed so the yield is higher (Ex. 8 glass=4 windows).
Windows: Crafted with 2 glass. A window is your standard size block and it is clear. When you place windows together, it will act as one block. The white border extends to fit the size of the window and isn't visible between blocks. It allows more light.
Stained-glass Windows: Crafted with 2 glass and dye of your choice. Same concept. The only difference is that when you place different colors together (including regular windows), the windows of differing colors will not form a conjoined border.
Crafting dyed glass should be moved to the glassing table. Here are some other ideas from the community that could use the glassing table
