Minecraft has a lot of blocks, but what if they had more? Why do we need them? Please don't just add lists of things - these will be marked as spam and removed! Also, no furniture, guns, or vertical/"sideways"/"upright"/"standing" slabs (yes, we see you).

Please make red nether bricks functionally identical to nether bricks

My wither skeleton farming area (in a nether fortress larger bounding box) was really dark and hard to see (I keep light levels low to increase wither skeleton spawning), so I decided to replace nether bricks with red nether bricks and found that red nether bricks do not have the same properties as nether bricks (all spawning stopped, then resumed when I re-replaced with nether bricks).  Why not give red nether bricks the same properties as nether bricks?
