Minecraft has a lot of blocks, but what if they had more? Why do we need them? Please don't just add lists of things - these will be marked as spam and removed! Also, no furniture, guns, or vertical/"sideways"/"upright"/"standing" slabs (yes, we see you).

Bonemeal in Taigas

Bonemeal already grows different flowers on grass depending on the biome you use it in, but flowers aren't only the wild plants in the world anymore. Using bonemeal on grass in a taiga biome should include the possibility of spawning sweet berry bushes. Probably not at a high rate, berries are already easy enough to grow tons of them, but if you're trying to grow a new underbrush it'd be nice to let the berry bushes crop up without manually planting them.

A less likely but potentially interesting related concept would be to give bonemeal a chance to grow the "tiny tree" bushes that make up much of the local undergrowth when used in jungle biomes.

    To clarify, when you say "Tiny Tree" do you mean "fern?" Because I like the idea of more ferns. I'll add Lily of the Valley where it grows. I can never get it to sprout with bonemeal.

    When I say "tiny tree" I mean the jungle bushes which are basically one-block-high oak trees. Leafy bushes.

    I mean, ferns should grow with bonemeal too in the relevant biomes, but kind of assumed that was already true.
