Slight speed boost when on path blocks

I posted this on Reddit and got quite a lot of support so I think the community wants this.

my vision was just a trivial speed boost, something you can only just notice, between normal and speed 1.

Someone on my reddit post (Teajm) suggested an alternative that hunger just goes down slower when on path blocks.

    I like this idea. A small speed boost with less hunger depletion. It would make laying path in our towns useful and offer some early game rewards perks on your way to speed potions or flight.
