Although the Nether biome is a hot topic, remember that items still should be put in their proper categories, even if they are Nether related. Please read the pinned post on creating biomes and dimensions. Please put items for the new Mountains and Nether Updates in their proper categories. Remember portals are structures, that includes Nether portals.

Crying Mountains Biome

There should be a crying mountain biome that is like mountains but is made of stone and crying stone(which should be blueish stone) with water pouring out the sides. Quick info on the crying stone; It should drop itself and maybe a new item.

Crying Stone would make Ghasts obsolete. Even if it's just a 1% drop rate, you'll still always get a Ghast Tear by replacing and digging the stone enough times, just like how you can get flint from gravel. I do think that a mountain variant with more waterfalls would be cool, but maybe don't have a Nether item in the Overworld.

Okay, yeah true. I was kind of thinking that. Well maybe forget the ghast tear. Maybe a new item like... uhh, water core... I don’t know what it would do but... yeh.

So I thought of what the crying stone could have a 1% chance of dropping. A new item called the stone tear that, if you craft it with a water bucket, creates an ‘infinite’ water bucket which kind of acts like a water bucket in creative. And maybe if you craft it with a ghast tear and a lava bucket it creates an infinite lava bucket.
