[Bedrock] Put Minecon 2016 capes in the new cape feature for current owners of the skin pack

Any old skin packs (including the one above) that include capes should have the capes available in the new cape selector. Simple request.

    Please add the minecon 2016 skin pack capes in the “capes” section ,it would be very cool to have the capes on other skins than Steve and Alex.

    Still love minecraft best game i ever played

    YES, this would be so helpful! I would like my friends to see my skin while I’m using it (I actually edited the file with a resource pack to show my skin but it only shows the skin for me)

    Seriously mojang, please add the capes from the 2016 minecon pack in the capes section. There is very few capes on Minecraft bedrock. So please let us use the ones we have.

    this will also allow for bedrock edition to be one step closer to Java edition. Please let us wear these capes on our own desired skin!
