Re-add debugging symbols to the releases of bedrock edition.

While they probably should have never been included originally, the debugging symbols were the ground work for the bedrock modding "community". While I understand the removal was most likely to make the lives of hackers harder, it was also detrimental to people who want to reverse engineer the game to make a modding API, mess around, etc... This includes drastically slowing release times for APIs and other software that utilized vtable hooks because it's so much more difficult to find what you're looking for.

It would be awesome if you considered adding debug symbols back!
