Magic Resistance Enchantment

Magic Resistance is an armor enchantment that does 2 things:

1. Decreases duration of (non self-inflicted) debuffs

2. Decreases effectiveness of the Instant Damage effect

    I have an idea that can build onto this. Witches have a incredible amount of immunity to Instant Damage and Poison potions. What if the Witch drops an enchanted book with the Magic Resistance Enchantment on it. Or, what if the Witch dropped their hat which has the Magic Resistance Enchantment? There is a lot of potential in the method of obtaining this enchantment.

    Should work only on iron armor and not work with other enchantments
