Chest Minecart NBT copies when Ctrl+Middle Mouse Button

In creative mode, when you press Pick Block and Ctrl on for example a chest, a NBT tag pops up and when placed all the items that were in that chest will automatically be in that chest. I think it would be useful if we could do that with chest minecarts and hopper minecarts.

Definitely needed, testing redstone machines that use minecarts would be much more convenient if we could Ctrl+Middle Click and keep the items inside. Although I think the whole minecart system needs a revamp tbh
