Underwater Enchantment

I was watching a recent Etho video where he was working on a base underwater and looked to setup an enchantment space underwater.

However the table requires air blocks for it to work, it would be nice it this was possible for this to accept water blocks, thus granting the ability to enchant underwater.

Maybe this could even be tied to the use of a conduit power to expand the benefit of using a conduit.
