Flower Forest Generation Increase

With the addition of bees, they will need more flowers to pollinate. As it is now, flower forests are a rather rare biome. I think it would be a great idea to increase the rate that flower forests generate in the world, so that players have a greater chance of finding bees (and a greater number/variety of flowers for them to pollinate).
