The Nebulan (Dimension)

Its about time Minecraft adds another dimension, right? This one would be, like the other dimensions, very unique. My idea, a dimension called the Nebulan, would be a rather cosmic, yet not futuristic, area. You would build the portal in the same shape as the nether portal, except one block higher. The portal would be made of Lapis Lazuli blocks and soul sand. You would light the portal by lighting two of the soul sand blocks on fire. The ground would mainly be a grey-blue sort of block called "smokestone." There would be a shiny, blue toxic waste around called Periculum that hurts to touch. Some hostile mobs there would be a  purple slime-like cube called a Phaulius and a blue-grey bovine called a Null that you can milk to get "Null cream" which is sort of like milk. You can find minerals there like Lapis Lazuli and Nebulan Crystals, which can be crafted into Shooting Stars. The boss there would be an evil, cosmic formless creature called the Drifter that can turn into many different forms. It would be summoned by placing Shooting Stars and Lapis Lazuli blocks in a specific formation.
