Corrupted Water in the Nether???

This is part of the Nether Wart forest Red announced in Minecon 2019. I think there should be some sort of thing as corrupted water where it gives you wither poison when in the water and when out of the water it gives you 15 seconds of it. If you collect the Corrupted water in a bottle and brew it with nether wart you get the cure to this, while in the affect of the wither poison you can collect it from yourself (like dragons breathe) and you can make splash potion of wither poison.
