Minecraft has a lot of blocks, but what if they had more? Why do we need them? Please don't just add lists of things - these will be marked as spam and removed! Also, no furniture, guns, or vertical/"sideways"/"upright"/"standing" slabs (yes, we see you).

Using a hoe on sand

It would be neat to give hoes an additional use. If you use them on a sand block, the top of the block gets a design. maybe cycle through 2 or 3 styles? Inspiration comes from zen garden raked sand. Could also be the “path block” variant to the grass block’s.

    I think you should be able to put grass and ferns on sand, but according to science sand is bad for plant growth for lack of nutrition, maybe it can still grow plants but makes the process slower?

    I think maybe it can work like rails in a way where you Face is where it’s Directed. It can also be Curved to other sand or diagonally to a block or make it small circles if you manage to rake it in two directions.

    Was just thinking this recently while trying to make a water garden. A really simple addition which could open up a lot of new build ideas.
