Minecraft has a lot of blocks, but what if they had more? Why do we need them? Please don't just add lists of things - these will be marked as spam and removed! Also, no furniture, guns, or vertical/"sideways"/"upright"/"standing" slabs (yes, we see you).

Wither Ore

The Wither Ore could spawn in the Nether, and have strange uses! 

  • You could make Wither tools, which would change the block you've mined using that tool in some way. Maybe it could change the block to soul sand?
  • Wither Ore could be crafted with a bed to make it always explode when you use it, like it does in the Nether.
  • You would use Wither Ore to enchant items with curses, instead of enchanting them with lapis. 

Those are a couple uses for Wither Ore. Hope this feedback helps!

    Not feeling it

    1) there's really no positive reasons to add this

    2) the "Wither" ore sounds really too cliche

    3) why would anyone want to enchant items with curses?

    4) why would we mine with this pickaxe if it changes everything to soul sand?

    5) the only positive effect for this is if the Wither Sword would give mobs the Decay effect , but other than that it's useless.

    I suggest that Mojang add the ability to make potions of decay using wither roses instead of adding pointless ores right now.

    Your idea is cool, but not really profitable in any way.
