The mooshroom island would be some sort of key to getting to the mooshroom realm. I thought that you could get there by collecting mushroom blocks from swamps or the island and placing them on top of a giant mushroom. That would summon a portal on the bottom of the giant mushrooms stem. The realm would be like the end and nether realms combined. You could adventure to get cool resources but also enter a tomb or something that holds a mooshroom boss of which would allow you to obtain a ore or object of which could be brewed infinite times. The potion could effect players or mobs with a effect that could turn them into mushroom blocks for a short period of time. The realm would be a major update to the whole the of minecraft era.
