Glowing forest biome

Shown in "the 100" and "avatar" there are glowing forests. In avatar it's because of an alien planet. As that is not the case for Minecraft, it should be more like the one from the 100. This glowing forest was created by radiation. The trees would glow. I don't know what will best with animals for this. Whether they gain a head ,also like the 100, when they enter the biome. Or added blue dots like avatar. ( same as the your Minecraft avatar)
