Brewing potions of decay

With wither roses being in the bedrock beta now I was really hoping to have access to potions of decay. It would be really cool if the rose was used as a brewing ingredient; it also makes a lot of sense. I would live a way to get arrows of decay in survival but we can't obtain the potion.

    I agree, the Wither Rose is the all-too-obvious indication that Potions of Decay are coming, both to Java and Bedrock, fully brewable, via the Wither Rose*.  Now then, shall I prep my all-in-one Brewing Machine for the upgrade to brew Potions od Decay?  I think-eth so!!!  Rockatoa, Brickticks out!

     

    *(Wither Rose OF DEATH!!!!!  Sorry Box Ghost, but your "Bubble Wrap of Death" just isn't cutting it for me.)

    I don't understand how they've had the potions of decay/arrows of decay in the game this long but no way of making them..I want to make me some wither arrows!

    I always had this in my head. I'm more of a potion-based player and this would make pvp much more evil

    That potion is always a weird one. A brewing recipe is definitely needed!!

    I agree, I was sitting there and realized it made lots of sense to add a way to brew potions of decay. I love the idea of being able to brew potions with the effect that you get from mobs.

    You have a small chance to find decay potions in the cauldron of a witch hut.

    Or to make it (harder?) you can brew them from wither skeleton skulls.

    I agree. A simple and interesting addition, something that wouldn't take any effort to add. As said before, wither skulls could work for this as well.

    This really needs more attention it really just makes too much sense for it not to happen all the pieces are just sitting there

    Arrows of decay would be really helpful in survival because arrows of harming and poison don’t work on undead mobs

    This would be excellent. The brewing recipe would make sense, it doesn't need new ingredients to be added into the game, and obtaining wither roses is risky enough that it's not easier than cycling through fletcher villagers until you get one that sells Arrows of Decay.
