You could smelt a Slimeball in the furnace, to get a Jellyball.
With a recipe of 2x3 you'd get a Jelly Block.
It can be eaten like a cake, you would see parts of it goes by.
It's texture color would be light green almost like lime by default.
When you right click it becomes the color of the dye it consumed.
This block could has gravity physics.
Unlike cakes, it actually falls down.
If it was placed on top of water and fall down, it'd disappear and instead, it drops 1-3 Jellyballs.
The third sized Slime mob, could have some odds to drop a Jelly block.
Of course it counts as a transparent block.
And like the slime block, it bounces when stepped on.
Using a redstone comparator, when an entity steps on it, the comparator receives a signal.
The Jelly block would look like a jell-o in real life, and when an entity steps on it, the center horn will be flattened, and the around the center increase height a bit.
It won't have a full block size, and if we add the grass moving texture, like jiggling in real life. (~˘▾˘)~
If you put a jellyball, the effected potion could give Bounceness.
Redstone dust for longer duration would make us bounce on any type of block wherever we fall down.
Tt could give us a fall damage, mobs could be effected by that potion as well.
I can make a module and textures for this idea if you think it's worth a hotspot in Minecraft.
Thanks for reading have a nice topkick day! (ノ◕ヮ◕)ノ*:・゚✧
