Uses For Mundane Potion

Mundane Potions need uses for Brewing, so adding certain ingredients from mundane potions would have different effects from adding the same ingredients to awkward potions,

  • Adding Sugar to a batch of Mundane Potions would result in a Potion of Haste which then can be reversed (with fermented Spider eye) into a Potion of Mining Fatigue.
  • Adding a Fermented Spider Eye to a batch of Mundane Potions would result in a Potion of Decay which can be reversed into a Potion of Absorption.
  • Adding a Pufferfish to Mundane Potions would result in Potions of Nausea which can reverse into Potions of Resistance.
  • Adding a Phantom Membrane to Mundane Potions would result in Potions of Levitation which cannot be reversed.
  • Adding a Golden Carrot to Mundane Potions would result in a Potion of (Glowing? Xray?) which allows all mobs/entities in a certain radius to appear to have the Glowing Status Effect only to the potion user. Potions of Glowing/Xray can be reversed into potions of blindness.

That was all the potion ideas i could put in this post.

Mundane in Minecraft is like a gone wrong potion and I would like to see something maybe like a way to fix the potion .

I was thinking mundane potions could make weaker versions of existing potions but last much longer

I think this is a really good idea, i was just brewing and forgot to put in nether warts first and wasted so much blaze powder. I made over 30 mundane potion and my nearest nether fortress is over 2000 blocks away. Something like this would be really useful and is a really good idea.
