“Spruce Coast” update

My inspiration for this is the San Juans/Oregon coast. The oceans near spruce forests are a bit bland, mostly just kelp and sea grass. But I think there should be coral for colder water, like gray and brown corals.
A wide variety of mobs would live here:
Dolphins

Cod and salmon
New mobs could be added too, such as seals, crabs, and whales. A variant of dolphin, with a different skin, could be a pacific white sided dolphin, it would be exactly the same but just looks different.
I have a few more ideas but it would probably be too much.
