Celestial Dimension + Sky Conduit

I think it would be cool to have more end-game things to do after the Ender Dragon. I think once you kill the Ender Dragon it should drop 3-6 Dragon Scales (or something to do with it's wings).  surround the dragon scales by blocks of (glass?) and that creates a block that is used to get to the Celestial Dimension. Once you have 9 of those blocks you put them in a 3 by 3 square and it creates the portal. If there would be a way where you could only get in the portal by Elytra that would be cool too, but that's a minor thing. I think in the dimension there would be sky islands, new flowers, and a boss. You could find a new item called the sky conduit (not my idea) that would allow you to, once placed, float around the world within range of it. This would be great for building with ease. A lot of players have wanted new dimensions and more stuff to do after the End. Thanks for reading :D
