Wearing a creeper head should make creepers neutral

I think that creepers should be neutral when the player is wearing a creeper head. The creepers will still track the player as normal but not explode unless they take damage from the player, another mob or fall damage.

Current mechanics from the wiki:
"Wearing the corresponding mob head will reduce the detection range for skeletons (but not wither skeletons), creepers, and zombies to 50% of the normal range. This is similar to (and stacks with) the reductions in detection range from sneaking and the Invisibility status effect."

    I had this idea as well. It would be really nice because if you're building and don't want things to explode around you, you could just put on a creeper head. I feel like they shouldn't track you when wearing the head and they should treat you as if you're another creeper and just ignore you.

    Bonus - achievement called "undercreeper" for wearing a creeper head near a creeper. (I don't want to explain that pun but it works on 2 levels)
