Parrot messengers

It would be awesome if you could write a message then give then give it to you're tamed parrot then you tell them what player to give it to. The parrot will fly to the person drop the letter then go back to its owner.

    It would be cool if, in the next coming update, you could put the new bags onto them and they could transport them to a player you send them to.
