Making survival building easier! (via potion)

I have been building a lot in survival at the moment and have been really wishing for a potion to make building tall structures easier. I think that a potion which makes you build as if your in creative would be really useful. Maybe the potion should only last for 8 minutes.  (im new to posting feedback so pls be nice)

    A potion like that would overpower the scaffolding and the elytra in some situations, probably the addition a specialized tool would be more interesting, like a rod that places temporary blocks mid-air
