Statistics: Nether and End

Not exactly purposeful yet not exactly useless, I think a "Times traveled to the Nether" should be a statistic. It'd be pretty neat to see how many times I've been there in my world.

Edit: This could apply to entering the End as well.

  It should also include time spent in each dimension.
