Flower seeds and how to farm them

There are a few types of Flowers that spawn and can't re-get by using bone meal: The Sunflower, peony, lilac, and the rose bush. The rest of the flowers you can get by placing bone meal in a cretin biomes. So I say that there is a block, lets just call it a seed maker for now, that turns a flower into 1-3 flower seeds.

Then these seeds can be planted on farmland or grass block. Then through a few stages of growth they mature. They can also be planted in a flower pot though it will take longer to grow in the pot. This will allow for flowers to be able to renewable and be used for dyes and decoration.

There could also be a villager profession tied to this block as well: Botanist. They trade for either seeds/ dyes for emeralds. They could also turn flowers into dyes at a higher rate than you. I.E for 4 emeralds they can turn 1 poppy into 2-4 red dye.

You can get all of those flowers by using bonemeal on the actual flower. The wandering trader also has quite a few biome-specific flower trades.
