Minecraft has a lot of blocks, but what if they had more? Why do we need them? Please don't just add lists of things - these will be marked as spam and removed! Also, no furniture, guns, or vertical/"sideways"/"upright"/"standing" slabs (yes, we see you).

"Annoying Traveler" potion effect

When killing a Vex, it has a chance of dropping the item "Vex Wing Fragment". With 5 of them, you can craft the full wing, wich can be brewed in the brewing stand making the "Annoying Traveler" potion. It gives you the same ability of the Vex, fly and go through walls. The effect lasts 20 seconds.

    Players would be able to fly through the ground so does vex but if it's only for 20 seconds then it's almost useless, there's already elytra wing which you can fly with, players that go through block can x-ray the woodland mansion.
