Minecraft has a lot of blocks, but what if they had more? Why do we need them? Please don't just add lists of things - these will be marked as spam and removed! Also, no furniture, guns, or vertical/"sideways"/"upright"/"standing" slabs (yes, we see you).

Enchanted books and book shelves

Instead of bookshelves being useless you are able to store the books you have enchanted inside of the shelves instead of the alternate method of a chest for them which is dumb anyway cause you should be able to put a book on a book shelve. Like how you bouta call it a book shelve if there ain't no books on it yah know.

    have them spawn in the stronghold randomly and when broken they give you random enchant books. Also you can use silk touch on them and have a stronger enchantment table too.

    Ive been wanting working bookshelves forever i would like to be able to store books ive written in in them and create a right proper libraryit would be cool if at first therappears to be no books on the shelves and then as you add them the shelves fill up

    how about real and fake bookshelves
    fakes can be moved with pistons and have no inventory
    real ones cannot be moved and have an inventory

    I agree. One suggestion, maybe it could look empty in the beginning but as you put books in it gets filled.
