Elytra course building

I think it would be really cool to have speed boosters and upwards propulsion blocks, just like in the glide minigame, at our disposal so we can build our own elytra race tracks.

    You can just use rockets to boost yourself with Elytra.

    While this is true, you could just use them anytime you want to get a boost anywhere. Booster "blocks" can be disposed of in specific locations, so the player has to make the effort to get there in order to gain speed and win the race, not just by spamming fireworks.
