This could be a dimension combining the normal world and the nether structuring it, they could space mobs of both worlds and a new mob (the volcanic creeper) that what it could do would be to launch loads of fire and explode at the level of a tnt. portal would be found in the lower parts of the normal structured world of fiery cobblestone that would be made of a cobblestone and 8 loads of fire surrounding it the portal could be positioned both vertically and orizontally, the portal's color would be between brown and reddish :)
