Totem of undying and the end void

Totems of undying should teleport players to a safe area in the end after being saved from the death that is caused by the end void.

How it works:

-Hold a totem of undying

-Fall in the end void

-Wait until you lose all your health

-After that the totem will be used and saves you from death but this time it'll teleport you to the top of a nearby end island.

    Maybe they could add a cool animation to this happening too.

    Good point. And also only make it work when you have a ender pearl in your hand, off hand, hotbar or inventory.

    And you should get it by killing a warden
