The Old World type in Bedrock edition is nice and all, but it needs some changes: All structures (including caves and ravines, and all village variants) except mineshafts, woodland mansions, ocean monuments, and strongholds(ish[more on that later]) can generate. When you unlock a master cartographer trade, instead of breaking the game, the explorer map trades just don't pop up or are replaced by buried treasure maps. trying to get explorer maps through commands will give you a blank map. If there are no shipwrecks and/or underwater ruins, when a dolphin is fed, it will not react. As another thread has proposed, the nether should be accessible or the nether reactor core should be re-introduced. If the "have the nether be accessible" option is chosen, there will be no 1-8 travel ratio, with a blaze spawner always generating. If the "reintroduce nether reactor core" is chosen, then when the core is activated all nether mobs spawn. Earlier I mentioned that strongholds would not generate "ish...". What I mean is, due to the world's small size, only the stronghold's portal room will generate. Throwing eyes of ender still work. This allows players to get to a shrunken end island (make sure the dragon doesn't get stuck in the border), with no outer end islands or portals to get to them. I think everybody would like these changes, and maybe there would be a brief "old world challenge" for YouTubers. Any suggestions or criticism can be put in the comments, thanks.
