cactus armor, tools and weapons

Cactus is not used much in Minecraft. I think it would be cool if cactus armor and tools existed. All the armor is crafted normally but crafted with cactus. When any part of the armor is crafted it instantly has thorns on it. The thorns is infinite. if you have the whole set of armor on the thorns its pretty strong. The armor is weaker than iron but stronger than gold. The cactus sword is crafted with two cactus blocks and a stick. The sword is weaker than iron and stronger than gold but it does big damage to rabbits, husks and creepers. The cactus tools are crafted normally but with cactus. The Axe, pick and shovel all to big damage to husks, creepers and rabbits too but not as much as the sword does.

    I like this, but I think the perk of this armor should be that it is as durable (but not as protective) as iron armor, and the thorns enchantment will deal damage without taking durability. Also, since this would otherwise be very easy to obtain early on, cactus could not be broken with your hands without taking 1/2 a heart every hit.

    If you wore cactus armor wouldn't the thorns get on you and will take damage?

    i had the same idea too! i like the idea. but don't make it to over powered.
