Drought biome

A biome I wold like to see in minecraft.
 - Include empty rivers
 - Empty lakes
 - Empty ponds

A new look for our Grass block. The new texture should indicate  that the grass block is  dried up and dirt and stone in almost every  rivers.

 

include dried plants too.

    Good but they could update desert biomes to have no water at all
