Bow/crossbow enchant: lingering

How about a new enchant that is used with potion arrows, if you hit at a direction wether hits a wall or a mob it would summon a radius of the arrow effect, so multi mobs would be affected! I think the enchant would be found in nether fortresses or with a new mob!
