Icy spikes plains/plants

It would be cool if this biome had plants and yes I know this biome is not known for plants but you would be surprised.The plants are Antarctica hairgrass and Antarctica pearl based of of Antarcticas only two living plants .This would add character to the biome largely close to Antarctica.

    To be honest even the north pole has plants and it is made of ice I forgot to mention this in the post
