Lingering Affected Armor is Armor with Lingering Potions added to it, it allows the wearer and other players within 4 blocks of the player to have a certain effect as long as the player's wearing the Armor.
This can be crafted by adding 4 Lingering Potions of the same type to the Armor piece in a Crafting table.
However, there are quite a few disadvantages or nerfs to this:
Powerful versions of effects can't be added to the Armor (Poison 2, Regeneration 2, etc.)
You can't add Lingering Effects to Enchanted Armor, meaning you'll have to remove them using a Grindstone or use a Unenchanted Armor, Curse Enchantments don't count though.
Instant Health and Damage can't be added to Armor.
Effects from Lingering Armor don't stack, meaning that if you're wearing 4 Armor pieces all with Regeneration, you will only get Regeneration 1, not Regeneration 4.
Adding Enchantments to Lingering Armor via Anvil is more expensive, and you'll get slightly worse luck when using it in an Enchanting Table.
Milk doesn't work on Effects from Lingering Armor, and yes it might seem odd that I'm mentioning this but if it so happens that you accidentally equip a Lingering Armor with Poison and Curse of Binding, you're done for!
NOTE: Potion of the Turtle Master 1 can still be added to Armor! (Exception to "Powerful versions of effects")
