Idea for cold & frozen biomes

Ice is mostly found in frozen oceans, where icebergs and polar bears rule supreme. But on land, cold biomes are mostly just snow and grass. So I think this could mix things up. Just like desert biomes use sandstone, when you enter the first few meters of a cave for example, have SOME caves in SOME cold LAND biomes (not all, ofc) use some sort of ice to blend with the terrain. And they can have grass too ofc, no need to take it away. So here, since a picture is worth more than a thousand words...

PS: I used only ice, packed ice and snow (although if I found a cave like this playing i would add some glowstone to make it look more cool) also, something more 'cool' to add to the ceiling of the caves could be ice spikes or stalactites, but since that block doesn't exist I used glass here to recreate the look.
