Better cave generation in amplified

    I'm playing on 1.19.2 and my amplified world that I just created (and another I created to double check as well) has all the same cave generation. But they're all full of water.  Flying around in spectator mode, I could not find a single cave that was not full of water.  Anything that is even slightly connected to the surface is full of water.  There are a few random pockets here and there.  As well as mineshafts.  But other than that.  There's no normal cave systems.

    It's 1.20.2 rn and yeah we need the caves to not be completely submerged. I wanted to start a new realm but we are having a lot of trouble with the fact there aren't any caves not submerged unless its a mineshaft (which aren't even connected to a cave). I went around for 30 minutes in spectator mode searching for a dry cave and literally found nothing. Makes this really cool looking world type unplayable.
