Snowy Giant Tree Taiga

I see no reason why there shouldn't be a snowy giant tree taiga; there is snowy taiga and snowy tundra (though weirdly enough there is no snowless tundra, I have a thread for that).

    Igloos and Taiga style villages and Pillager Outposts should generate there. Mobs would be snowy foxes, snowy rabbits, wolves and the default animals (sheep, cows, pigs and chickens). Temperature would be -0,25
